Raipur: International webinar organized on the role of Yoga Commission in Kovid-19 transition

 Raipur 12 March 2022. An international webinar was organized on the topic of role of yoga in Kovid-19 transition today at Municipal Auditorium, Raipur. In this program organized by the Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission, detailed information was given about the various dimensions of yoga.

       Social Welfare Minister Smt. Anila Bhediya attended the program as the chief guest. Congratulating and conveying his best wishes for organizing the program, he said that programs related to yoga should be organized at the panchayat level also, so that more and more people can join yoga. Yoga increases confidence in life and enables us to adopt a disciplined lifestyle. He said that doing yoga in a proper way and under the guidance of a skilled instructor will give us more benefit. Yoga has played a huge role during Kovid-19.

       Giving information about the ancient yogic system, Rajya Sabha MP Smt. Chhaya Verma said that yoga has an important contribution in human life. Mayor of Raipur Municipal Corporation Mr. Ejaz Dhebar said that we should do yoga or physical exercise regularly for at least one hour daily. This strengthens our inner strength and new energy is transmitted in the body. So that we can be more active.

        Chairman Shri Pramod Dubey said that people of many countries have joined this international webinar today, in which the name of Chhattisgarh is spreading in many countries. Yoga Commission chairman Gyanesh Sharma said that we should include yoga in our daily routine. Yoga increases immunity. Yoga has attracted the attention of all of us as a shield of protection in the corona pandemic.

        The chief guest Mrs. Bhediya presented memento and medal to Tikeshwar Patel, who did the headstand for one hour. On this occasion many speakers gave their lectures on the subject of Yoga. On this occasion, members of the Yoga Commission Shri Ganesh Nath Yogi, Shri Rajesh Nara, Shri Ravindra Singh, Director-in-Charge of Social Welfare Department Shri Pankaj Verma, Secretary of the Yoga Commission Shri ML Pandey, Shri Akhileshwar Tiwari, officers of the department including employees, dignitaries. and students were present.
