The need for an organized and wide flyover bridge at the Tifra railway crossing was felt for a long time on the Bilaspur-Raipur route. An over bridge was constructed on this railway crossing earlier also, but due to the square in front of the bridge and the width of the bridge being small, there was a traffic jam around the square and in the bridge. Now with the construction of this new flyover bridge, there will be freedom from jam in Maharana Pratap Chowk and Tifra Chor. Along with this, this bridge connecting Raipur road with Bilaspur city will bring relief to the residents as well as all the passers-by who use NH 130 for traffic.
