Raipur: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that the constitutional rights of the reserved classes will not be allowed to be violated in the state.

Raipur, 2 February 2022. The delegation of Chhattisgarh Sarva Adivasi Samaj, under the leadership of Parliamentary Secretary Shri Shishupal Sori, met Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office here this evening. The delegation discussed in detail with the Chief Minister about the reservation of reserved category in promotion and also submitted a memorandum regarding this.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel assured the delegation that the constitutional rights of the reserved classes would not be allowed to be violated. He said that a committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary for consultations and suggestions from social organizations and officials on the demands and problems of the reserved category. This committee is seriously deliberating on the demands and problems of the reserved category. The decision will be taken by the state government on the basis of the recommendations of the committee.
