Dhamtari , 14 December 2021. In the local edition of a state level newspaper published on 26th November, a news titled ‘ Affidavit making me student’s pocket loose ‘ was published , taking cognizance in this regard, Collector P.S. Elma had directed the city SDM to investigate it. SDM Nagari Shri Chandrakant Kaushik submitted a report to the Collector after getting the Tehsildar investigated , in which in relation to the alleged black marketing of stamp papers , it was told that on being asked by the Tehsildar Nagari to the Stamp Vendor , Notary , Document Writer, it was told that 10 and 20There is a shortage of manual stamps and only the prescribed fee is being charged for the notary’s verification. He further informed that e-stamp of 05 and 10 is being issued after making affidavit and no complaint has been received regarding the affidavit
