Chief Minister Shri Chouhan discusses with AIIMS director and medicine head
Bhopal: 05 April 5, 2020, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan today discussed with the director of AIIMS Bhopal, the head of the department of medicine and the state technical advisor of Kovid 19, about the condition of Corona virus and medical arrangements. AIIMS Director Prof. Sarman Singh told the Chief Minister that the condition of all the patients of Bhopal is good. There is no such situation as community spread in Bhopal. Chairman of AIIMS Medical Department Mr. Rajneesh Joshi and State Technical Advisor Kovid-19 Mr. Lokendra Dave informed the Chief Minister regarding the treatment arrangements.
AIIMS Director Prof. Singh told the Chief Minister that Chirayu, Hamidia, JK, AIIMS and JP hospitals are being pooled region-wise in Bhopal with a view to treating Corona. If necessary, the patients of the area of that hospital will be able to get the same medical facility. Such arrangements are being made, so that ICU can be arranged for the patient in the hospital where treatment is being done when required.
The Chief Minister instructed the medical team to keep track of all the samples of corona being taken. Special care should be taken of all the patients admitted to AIIMS (including a policeman) as well as all the patients, so that they are healthy as soon as possible. We have to take full care of our Corona warriors engaged in the work of saving the lives of others day and night. We have to defeat Corona at all costs.
The Chief Minister said that people kept in quarantine should try to increase their immunity. Shri Rajneesh Joshi told the Chief Minister that medicines like paracetamol, citrizine, vitamin C, hydroxy chloroquine, etc. can be taken on the advice of a doctor if there is mild fever or during initial symptoms.
