In Chhattisgarh, once again, the public welfare work of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and the state government has brought happiness on the faces of thousands of families. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel took the initiative to give the ownership rights of the said land to the citizens living on industrial land for years. Following the initiative of the Chief Minister, the Commerce and Industry Department of the State Government has given in-principle consent to the proposal for transfer of land. This has now paved the way for citizens to get lease under Rajiv Aashray Yojana on 15.788 acres of land located at Rawanbhatha, Sarora and Birgaon in Dharsiwa block of Raipur district of Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation. Now with this the dream of the weaker section is going to come true.
It is to be known that it was very difficult to buy land for the poor who could barely run the house by earning a living. In such a situation, on getting information about the ownership of the land occupied by the state government, Smt. Mantora, Smt. Rama Vishwakarma, Smt. Rukhmani Vishwakarma, Smt. Krishna Devangan and Smt. Kala Devi of ward no-24 of Birgaon and similarly Smt. Ramoutin Bai of Ravanbhatha. , Mrs. Shukvaro Dhritalhare, Mrs. Rama and Mrs. Manju Narang said that, The government has implemented many schemes in the direction of protecting the interests of women and making them financially independent. Now the government is fulfilling the dream of our own house. He said that there was always a fear in the mind that we do not know when we will become homeless from the house built here. Now it has come to know through newspapers and TV news channels that by getting the lease of the land, we will become the owners of the land ourselves. We heartily thank the government for making the dreams of the poor come true.
It is noteworthy that the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Shri Bhupesh Baghel had dedicated various development works and performed Bhoomi Pujan in Birgaon on 7th March. During this, a large number of citizens from Birgaon, Sarora and Rawanbhata had come and apprised them of their age-old problems and requested to build a roof over their heads. The Chief Minister had also listened to their problems seriously and at the same time gave instructions to the officers to solve their problems.
According to the information received from the Industries Department, in-principle consent has been given to transfer 15.788 hectares of land of Ravanbhata, Sarora and Birgaon villages of Dharsiwa block of Raipur district to Collector Raipur through Revenue and Disaster Management for Rajiv Aashray Yojana.
