Under the provisions contained in rules 10 and 12 of the General Conditions of Government Civil Service Rules 1961, clerks working under the District Administration Revenue Establishment, third class clerical employees such as superintendent, assistant superintendent, election supervisor, prompt writer, accountant’s symbolic and assistant grade 02 and assistant grade The gradation list of 03 is being prepared provisionally on the status of 01 April 2021 and the publication is being forwarded.
The gradation list has been rectified based on the information available in the office. As such, make sure to get the entries matched with the service records available in the office, as well as make the concerned employees aware of the objections of the concerned employees within 15 days of the issue of the letter to this office. In which the publication of the final grade list should be done soon.
