Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Italy’s capital Rome on Friday to attend the G20 summit. In Rome, PM Modi will discuss about bringing the global economy and health sector affected by the corona virus epidemic back on track.
On his arrival in Rome, the Prime Minister was received by senior officials of the Italian Government and the Ambassador of India to Italy. The Ministry of External Affairs (ME) said in a statement, ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Rome to participate in the 16th G-20 summit. After reaching there, Prime Minister Modi tweeted, “I have reached Rome to participate in the G20 Summit, an important forum to discuss important global issues. I look forward to participating in other events through this trip to Rome.”
