Raipur 21 September 2021. The initiative of the administration has started affecting the people of particular backward tribes. They are able to not only check your health by registering their presence in the camp , the vaccine to avoid corona are also installed. In Surguja district, a special camp was organized by the administration on Tuesday in Pandopara locality of Vananchal and Durgam Gram Panchayat Parsodikala, located about 15 km from Lakhanpur development block headquarters . In which 20 people of special backward tribe Pando and hill Korwa community got corona vaccine. In-charge minister of Surguja district, Dr. Shivkumar Dahria has directed special backward tribe families to benefit from the schemes of the government and to make them aware of cleanliness and prevention of seasonal diseases through the camp.
In the free health camp, initiative was taken by the Health Department to benefit the people of special backward tribes. 74 people of special backward tribes were benefitted in the camp . 20 people from the Pando and Pahari Korwa tribes also got the corona vaccinated. During this, the officials of the Health Department also gave him necessary advice.
In a special camp, Mr. Rajendra, a resident of Pandopara, got his 2- year-old son Aryan’s health check-up done. After conducting health check-up, in view of the month of child protection, the child was given syrup of iron folic acid and given a solution of vitamin ‘ A ‘ . In Pandopara, people of special backward tribes like Pando , Korwa etc. live. The team of doctors conducted BP , Sugar , HB , Malaria , Dengue , Viral Fever , Cold ,Cough and other diseases were investigated and treated with. Medicines were distributed free of cost to the people through the camp. During this, people were advised to follow the Corona rules. Along with this, the villagers were appealed to beware of seasonal diseases and keep their surroundings clean. In the camp, the problems of the people were heard by the block level officers and the possible solutions were also done. The people of the special backward tribes were happy to organize a camp in their village. In-charge Minister of Urban Administration and Development and Labor and Surguja District Dr. Shivkumar Dahria has appealed to the left out eligible people including special backward tribe families to get vaccinated against corona and to stay clean to prevent seasonal diseases. He has also directed the officers to provide health benefits to the people of special backward tribes living in forest and inaccessible areas and motivate them for treatment. As per the instructions of Collector Shri Sanjeev Kumar Jha in Surguja district under the guidance of Minister in-chargeFrom September 20 , special camps are being organized at district level in all the districts dominated by Pando and Pahari Korwa tribes and they are being provided basic facilities including health. This camp will continue till 30th September. Through the camp, they are being motivated to take advantage of the schemes of the government.
