This incident is related to 25-year-old Divyang Shri Ravi Kashyap, a resident of village Mudpar of Masturi block of Bilaspur district. It was not a long time of two days after talking to the Chief Minister and putting forth his demand, that he got the gift of a gleaming tiecycle at the hands of the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister also congratulated and extended best wishes to Divyang Ravi Kashyap. Divyang Ravi thanked Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel for his sensitivity.
It is a small matter, but it is enough to prove how easy the general public of the state has access to Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. The sensitivity of the Chief Minister can be gauged from the fact that even after receiving calls from unknown numbers, he not only listened to the caller, but also resolved their problems promptly.
Divyang Shri Ravi Kashyap searched the Chief Minister’s number from Google and spoke to him by calling him directly on Saturday. Within two days, the Chief Minister handed over the tricycle to Mr. Kashyap. This miracle can be expected only in the state of Chhattisgarh, where the head of the state is readily available to the common people. Today, during his stay in Bilaspur, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel presented a tricycle to Divyang Mr. Kashyap on a narrow helipad.
Mr. Kashyap says that the Chief Minister had heard about the sensitivity of Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. After searching his number from google, I called him directly to check the validity of the number. He said that Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel listened to him at a leisurely pace and also assured that his demand for tricycle will be fulfilled. Mr. Kashyap says that it is the sensitivity of the Chief Minister, due to which the Tricycle has been given to him by the Chief Minister himself within two days. They say that Chhattisgarh is the only state where any person can speak directly to the head. Mr. Kashyap told that the financial condition of his family is not good. The income of the father Shri Chungu Ram Kashyap is the source of the livelihood of a six member family. During this, Parliamentary Secretary Smt. Rashmi Singh, Collector Dr. Saransh Mitter were also present.
