Raipur: Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel launched ‘Integrated Farmers Portal’

Raipur, 08 September 2021.  Chief Minister  Bhupesh Baghel launched the Integrated Farmers Portal https://kisan.cg.nic.in ahead of the cabinet meeting at his residence office here today . To take advantage of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, purchase of paddy at support price, Chief Minister’s Tree Plantation Promotion Scheme and Kodo-Kutki, Ragi procurement scheme, farmers will have to register only once on Integrated Farmer Portal prepared by NIC in collaboration with Agriculture Department. Congratulating and congratulating the farmers while launching the Integrated Farmer Portal, the Chief Minister said that it would be easy for the farmers to register with this portal. To take advantage of various schemes, they have to register only once.
Giving information about the Integrated Portal, Agriculture Production Commissioner and Secretary of Agriculture Department, Dr. M. Geeta said that the process of registration of farmers for various schemes has been simplified through this portal, so that farmers can avail various schemes. Registration can be done easily. Implementation, management, supervision and reporting of schemes will be easy through the integrated portal. In the Integrated Farmer Portal, online verification will be done from Bhuiya Portal of land and Girdawari and accurate and quick data will be obtained. The portal will also facilitate physical verification of farmers’ land and calculation of the amount given to farmers under the schemes. The data available on this portal can also be carried forward as per the requirement.
Under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, the measles-wise, crop-wise registration of farmers will be done in the integrated portal through the cooperative society till September 30. The preliminary examination of the application and documents of the farmer will be done by the Rural Agricultural Extension Officer. Registered farmers are not required to register for paddy procurement in the year 2020-21. The data of these registered farmers will be used in the unified portal. The integrated portal has been linked to the Bhuyan portal. At the time of registration, the details of Khasrawar land of the farmer will be matched with Bhuyan by the cooperative society. There will be automatic online verification of land details and girdawari data from Bhuyan portal. For the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana and paddy procurement, the registration of forest lease holders will be done through a cooperative society from a unified portal. The preliminary examination of the application and documents of the farmer will be done by the Rural Agricultural Extension Officer. institutional, The process of registration of farmers related to production of paddy for Liji, Adhia, Regaha, Bataidar, Duban area will be done by the Food Department through a cooperative society. Registration of farmers who have registered paddy and planted other alternative crops and plantations in place of paddy in the sale area in the last year will be done in the unified portal. The portal developed by the Forest Department for the registration of forest rights leaseholders, village panchayats and joint forest committees under the Chief Minister’s Tree Plantation Promotion Scheme has been linked to the integrated portal, so that a single window can be provided to the applicants for registration. The registration of plantation will be done till November 30. The application form will be submitted to the concerned forest zone office. After document verification by the Circle Officer, it will be entered in the portal. Location Verification GPS Through the Forest Divisional Officer. Under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Kodo-Kutki and Ragi crops are also included. The procurement of Kodo-Kutki and Ragi from the farmers of the scheduled area will be done by the Small Forest Produce Association according to the data of the farmers registered in the integrated portal.
