Raipur: The newly appointed President of Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Milk Federation, Mr. Vipin Sahu took charge.

Raipur, 26 July 2021. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today congratulated and congratulated the President of Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Milk Federation, Shri Vipin Sahu, on taking charge. It is worth noting that the newly appointed President of the State Co-operative Milk Federation, Mr. Sahu has taken charge today. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that under the guidance of Mr. Sahu, the milk federation would take all possible initiatives to promote milk production in the state of Chhattisgarh as well as for its better marketing system.

Home Minister Shri Tamradhwaj Sahu assured that under the guidance of President Shri Vipin Sahu, new direction and speed would be given to the Milk Federation. Due to which the income of milk farmers of Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Milk Federation will increase. According to the intention of the government, they will work continuously for the interests of the cattle owners. In the program, President Shri Vipin Sahu quoted in his remarks that to take the milk federation to new heights, he will work with commitment and expand the milk committees. Along with this, proper arrangements will be made for milk marketing in the state and according to the intention of the government, the milk federation will be taken towards progressive growth and will try to replace it as an apex institution.

In the program, Managing Director Mr. Nerendra Kumar Dugga informed that Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Milk Federation is an apex cooperative society, under which 1100 milk cooperative societies have been formed in 22 districts and 42 thousand 885 milk producers are members, which produces about one lakh liters of milk per day. After collecting and processing the milk, milk packets and, ghee, peda, paneer, khova, whey, lassi, curd, flavored sweet milk, milk powder and various types of milk products are sold and sold by the milk federation. The milk supplier farmers of the Milk Federation are paid their milk purchase price. About Rs. 2.25 crore is paid in DBT every 10 days. Payment is made through
