Raipur ; Selfie zones created at various places of the capital to encourage the Indian players participating in the Olympics

Raipur, 08 July 2021. On behalf of all the players, sports lovers and general public of Chhattisgarh State, Sports Minister Umesh Patel today congratulated the players representing India in Tokyo Olympics and encouraged the players to win maximum medals. On this occasion, Sports Secretary Mr. Avinash Champawat and Sports Director Mrs. Shweta Srivastava Sinha along with officers of Sports and Youth Welfare Department were present.
Photo/selfie zones have been set up by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department at Budha Talab tourist area and Telibandha Talab – Marine Drive in Raipur city. Simultaneously, selfie zones are being set up at the entrance of Pt. Ravi Shankar University and at the entrance of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Hockey Stadium. All sportspersons, youth, sports lovers and general public participate in the Tokyo Olympics by taking their photos on the photo/selfie point and tagging the I#Cheer4India Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Sports Department Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CGSportsYW/ They can encourage the Indian players.
Along with this, Road TO TOKYO 2020 Quiz is also being organized online by the Olympic Association of India and the Sports Authority of India. The winning participant will also get an Indian team jersey and a chance to meet Indian Olympian players.
