Raipur, 05 July 2021. Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uikey felicitated Dr. Alok Shukla, Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Nitin Nagarkar and Dr. Rakesh Gupta, Director, AIIMS Raipur on the occasion of Doctor’s Day at Raj Bhavan here today. On this occasion, the Governor said that the service work done by you people during the Corona period is commendable. You people served the patients with dedication, which saved the lives of the patients. He told Dr. Shukla that during the Corona period, the Health Department has discharged its role well in the availability of beds, oxygen and medicines in various government hospitals, health centers of the state. Everyone deserves congratulations for this.
Ms. Uikey said that AIIMS is functioning as an institute of excellence in Chhattisgarh. The residents of Chhattisgarh got excellent health care during the Corona period under the leadership of Shri Nagarkar. All the doctors and health workers of AIIMS deserve congratulations for this. The doctors thanked the Governor for their respect.
