Ambikapur: 23 May 2021. Collector Sanjeev Kumar Jha took an online meeting of officials on Saturday to monitor the patients of Hom Isolation in rural areas. In the meeting, he said that the CEO of each district panchayat should set the goal that his district should be made Corona-free village as soon as possible. Homem Isolation and Containment Zone should be strictly followed for this.
Collector said that village level monitoring teams should be encouraged to give information. To gain their trust, keep the name of the informant confidential. He said that in the village where 10 to 15 corona infected are confirmed, the respective locality of that village should be declared as micro containment zone and ban the exit of people. How many new Hom Isolation patients in the village and how many were discharged, compile daily reports in the district and send them to the district office. He said that every village should provide at least 5-5 oximeters and thermo meters. Direct the Mitannins to distribute the medicine kit and feed the medicine to the patients.
The collector said that now the number of testing in the district is increasing to more than 5 thousand per day. Aim to increase it to 10 thousand per day. Get 300 RTPCR and 100 TruNot sampling done daily in Medical College. Along with this, get the sampling of daily sampling done. The Collector said that the Medical College has received 270 new oxygen cylinders. Reserve these for the newly ready 65 bedded Kovid ward.
It was told that so far 16 thousand 6 40 people have registered in CG vaccine app for Kovid vaccination, out of which 8 thousand 865 people are from the urban area.
