Registry offices will remain open even on holidays: Registration will be done even at night till 31st March to increase revenue in Chhattisgarh

All registry offices of Chhattisgarh will remain open in this month. Office of General Inspector of Registration and Superintendent of Stamps, Chhattisgarh has issued orders to all the collectors. In this, instructions have been given to keep the district registration and sub-registration offices open. This will be done to raise maximum revenue in the last month of the financial year.

Now only 24 days are left for the end of the financial year. Instructions have been issued not to close the offices on holidays and to do all the registries during the day. Now the registry office will not be closed on any holiday in March. There will be daily registry in all the sub-registration offices of the district.

Due to it being the last month of the financial year 2023-24, work will continue in the registry office till late night. This has been done for the convenience of the people. So that they get registered before the new guidelines come. There is a possibility of increase in registry rates when new guidelines are introduced. To avoid this, people come for registration in March itself. This is being done for the convenience of the people and to generate government revenue.

Offices will remain open on this day

There are more than 20 days left to complete the last month of the financial year 2023-24. There are also 11 days of government holidays this month. In such a situation, keeping in mind that the work of the registration registry is not affected during the holidays, the offices will remain open on 16, 17, 23, 29, 30 and 31 March.

With the opening of registration offices, instructions have been given to District Registrars, Treasury Officers and State Bank of India officials to maintain the supply of stamps and to continue government transactions in banks till March 31.
