Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today gifted 30 different development works worth Rs 27 crore 72 lakh to the people of Surajpur district on the occasion of the grand conference of All India Binjhiya Samaj. He inaugurated these works. Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh was also present on this occasion.
Among the works inaugurated by the Chief Minister, under the Public Works Department, a newly constructed bridge at a cost of Rs 4 crore 81 lakh on the Baaki river between village Sarhari to village Singhra of Pratappur development block, a bridge worth Rs 4 crore 54 lakh on Lohardaga drain in Ramanujnagar development block. The bridge built at cost includes the bridge built at a cost of Rs 4 crore 61 lakh on Gobri Nala on Kaskela Kevatali road of Bhaiyathan development block.
Similarly, under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, the renovation work of Patna Bargaiyapara to Mohanpur Patelpara road of Ramanujnagar development block at a cost of Rs 70.15 lakh, the renovation work of Namanakala Gautiyapara to Takarpara road of Premnagar development block at a cost of Rs 78.39 lakh and the Bilaspur Dhanwar Road to Janardhpur Khaspara road. Renovation work of the road at a cost of Rs 36.84 lakh, renovation work of Umeshwarpur to Parvatipur Khaspara road at a cost of Rs 65.84 lakh was inaugurated. Similarly, renovation work of Bhatgaon Datima Mod to Rai Piparpara road of development block Bhaiyathan at a cost of Rs 41.62 lakh, renovation work of Batra Navapara to Baraul Khas road at a cost of Rs 51.27 lakh, renovation of Baraul to Junadhartipara road at a cost of Rs 47.67 lakh. Including the work, 07 development works worth a total of Rs 3 crore 91 lakh were inaugurated.
Under the Public Health Engineering Department, the Chief Minister announced water supply scheme costing Rs 74.29 lakh in Jamdei of Surajpur development block, water supply scheme costing Rs 49.99 lakh in Ratanpur, water supply scheme costing Rs 1 crore 28 lakh in Kuruwan, Salka. Water supply scheme costing Rs 1 crore 33 lakh, Water supply scheme costing Rs 49.97 lakh in Harratikra, Water supply scheme costing Rs 1 crore 92 lakh in Jayanagar, Water supply costing Rs 1 crore 50 lakh in Kunjnagar. Launched the plan.
Similarly, in the program under Panchayat and Rural Development Department, the cost of culvert construction work near Pan Nala in Kandarai of Surajpur development block was Rs 14.61 lakh, the cost of construction work of stop dam in Mahadev Tikra of village Kartma was Rs 20.00 lakh, the cost of construction work of embankment on the banks of Sattidad river in Koriya was Rs 20.00 lakh. Rs 19.95 lakh, community haat market in Bazaardad of Kuruwa cost Rs 14.93 lakh, stop dam construction work in Jhojhwa Nala of Patrapara cost Rs 19.98 lakh, Anganwadi building construction work cost Rs 6.50 lakh in Sarnapara of Bhaiyathan Sirsi development block, Anganwadi building in Sirsi Khas. Construction cost is Rs 6.50 lakh, stop dam construction work cost in Kukur Duba Nala of Pratappur Songara development block is Rs 19.89 lakh, stop dam construction work cost in Thadpathar road of Semrakala is Rs 19.57 lakh, stop dam construction work cost in Amanala of Paldha is Rs 19.94 lakh. Check dam in Jamtidbara Khadi drain of development block Ramanujnagar Pawanpur costing Rs 14.26 lakh, construction work of check dam in Kharuk Jharia drain of Jagatpur costing Rs 12.88 lakh, construction work of market shed of Madaneshwarpur costing Rs 14.77 lakh, were inaugurated.
