In such a situation, the contenders for ticket from Congress have started parikrama of big leaders of the party along with Rajiv Bhavan. The claimants coming from the seat where the Congress MLA is there are also reaching with the complaint of their MLA. There are many seats in which there are first-time MLAs and the protest against them is maximum.

In front of state in-charge Kumari Selja, more than 14 leaders and workers of Kasdol area said that ticket should be given to any one of us or to anyone…not to be given to the present MLA. The claimants have also started circumambulating the office bearers of the election committee. Contenders from one area or the other are arriving daily at the bungalows of TS Singhdev, Ravindra Chaibe, Tamradhwaj Sahu, Mohan Markam and Mohammad Akbar.

Many claimants are approaching the PCC chief badge with complaints about their MLAs. Along with this, they are also keeping their claim. Although the badges have already made it clear that the names of the candidates will come out from the block level and reach the State Election Committee through the district. Despite this, the number of claimants from Rajiv Bhavan to prominent Congress leaders reaching here has started increasing. Most of these are from those constituencies where the sitting MLA got the ticket for the first time in the last election and won. remainder|page 6
