Bhupesh Baghel, who was made senior observer from Rae Bareli, was also contesting from Rajnandgaon Lok Sabha seat of Chhattisgarh. Voting has been completed on his seat. Now the third and final phase of voting will be held in Chhattisgarh on May 7. A day before this, Baghel was given the responsibility of Rae Bareli.
