Raipur. Sugandha Jain made the state proud by becoming a judge for the third consecutive year in the Oxford University UK Moot Court Competition. It is said that no matter where a diamond is hidden, it cannot be hidden from the connoisseur’s eyes, something similar happened with Sugandha Jain, a resident of Samta Colony, Raipur, the capital of a small state like Chhattisgarh, whose Monroe E-Price Media Law has been approved by the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. The final international round of the 16th Monroe e-Price Media Law Moot Court Competition was conducted online by the Bonnaroo Institute of Human Rights at Oxford University, UK. 150 college teams from countries like France, Germany, Europe, London, Malaysia etc participated in this international competition. Today’s case was on human rights and data protection. Sugandha Jain shared the dice as a judge with eminent scholars. The moot court is very useful for the budding lawyers to understand the process of a court craft and move ahead in their career. This program is being conducted online for the last 3 years. In this way, future lawyers can reach the international level while saving time and money by staying at their place. Chhattisgarh’s daughter Sugandha Jain got the opportunity to preside as a judge for the last 3 years. He wishes that the students of Chhattisgarh also participate fearlessly and give their best and that the universities here also encourage their students.
