Paid homage by paying homage to the statues of great personalities

Governor Shri Ramen Deka planted a Maulshree sapling in the name of his mother Late Smt. Champavati Deka under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign in the premises of the joint district office during his stay in Balodabazar today. During this, he paid tribute to the statue of Chhattisgarh Mahtari, Mahatma Gandhi, martyr Veer Narayan Singh and constitution maker Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar in the premises and bowed to them. During this, Governor Shri Deka, while emphasizing on environmental protection, also appealed to all the people to plant as many trees as possible.
